John's apocalypse from Patmos: letters to seven churches, the Lamb standing as slain, Babylon fallen, the new Jerusalem descending. The West received it early; the Greek East hesitated for centuries — it still is not read in the Byzantine liturgy — yet its icon of the liturgy in heaven shaped that same East profoundly. Tradition identifies the seer with John the Apostle; the dataset links both Johns through its identity table.
