After the disaster at the Yarmouk, Antioch — the city where the disciples were first called Christians — surrendered to the caliphate (637). The patriarchate endured under Islamic rule, often from exile in Constantinople, and the Greek and Syriac lines of this dataset both carried on through the conquest.
