Catholicos of Iberia · c. 337 (Nino's mission; the catholicate organized late 5th century)

The captive woman Nino brought the faith to Iberia under king Mirian III. The catholicate at Mtskheta was organized in the late fifth century under Vakhtang Gorgasali; the early succession is thinly recorded, and this dataset keeps the honest gaps rather than invent continuity.

Continues today as the Georgian Orthodox Church, under the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia.
