Barhadbeshabba Arbaya

Barḥadbshabba ʿArbaya was a teacher, historian and biblical commentator of the Church of the East. A native of Beth ʿArbaye, Barḥadbshabba was the chief instructor (bādūqā) at the School of Nisibis during the directorship of Ḥenana of Adiabene.
