INGEST. The ANF volume that actually carries the Didache, held whole in data/bronze/texts/anf-07.txt.gz. This row exists because of the defect it fixes: the Didache's seventeen document_text rows cited anf-apostolic-fathers — ANF vol. 1 — while their own translation field named vol. 7, and vol. 1 has no Didache in it at all; grep the held anf-01 text for "Teaching of the Twelve" and it returns nothing. It could not have carried it: Bryennios did not find the text until 1873, so the American reprint caught it here in 1886, printed under the heading "Apostolic Teaching and Constitutions" beside Lactantius, Victorinus and the liturgies. Licence: the held CCEL text carries "Rights: Public Domain" in its own header and the volume preface is dated June 1886; the landing page answered 200 on 13 Aug 2026 but renders as a JavaScript shell and states no rights at all, so the header of the text this project holds is the witness and the url is for the reader. ⚠ lactantius-dmp is a WORK-level row for On the Deaths of the Persecutors inside this same volume and keeps its own citations, the Galerius and Milan edicts among them; this row is the volume, for the texts in it that no work-level row covers. Cited for the 1886 English only — no Greek is held.
