The earliest Roman liturgical calendar: a bare list of martyrs with the day and the cemetery where the church gathered for each. It proves that a cult existed at Rome by 354 and where, and it proves nothing about the stories later attached to those names — which is exactly why it is worth citing for martyrs whose surviving Acts are fifth-century legend. Lawrence, Agnes and Sebastian are all in it. Cited here, never quoted.
