A Gallaecian or Aquitanian woman's travel diary, written to the sisters at home and rediscovered in a single manuscript at Arezzo in 1884, and the earliest detailed description of the liturgical year as Jerusalem kept it. Read here in McClure and Feltoe’s English (SPCK, 1919), which is the printed translation the CCEL page this row used to point at serves — the link now names the book, so a citation can name a page. The Latin critical text is geyer-itinera. ⚠ THE TEXT IS FRAGMENTARY: it begins part-way through the approach to Sinai and breaks off inside the Jerusalem services, so nothing may be cited from it about Holy Week beyond what the surviving leaves carry.
