The covering letter prefixed to the Pseudo-Clementine Recognitions in Rufinus's Latin, in which Clement reports Peter's death and his own ordination to James of Jerusalem. It travels under Clement's name because the Recognitions do, and it is fourth-century at the earliest. Wikidata's English description calls it a letter to Ioseph; the item's own Latin and Greek labels say ad Iacobum, and they are right.
